将12例水囊引产人胚胃粘膜移植于裸小鼠腹腔,分别于移植后1、2、3和4个月取材检查。移植物存活率为77.7%,存活期达4个月以上。移植的胃粘膜上皮早期出现变性、坏死、脱落,其后生长分化经历细胞再生—→单层立方上皮—→单层柱状上皮—→幽门腺和胃小凹样结构。其上皮细胞AB/PAS染色和PNA、RCA-1染色亦显示其移植的胃粘膜与正常人胃粘膜在功能上的一致性。这一方法的建立对于研究人胃疾病的病因、发病机理等具有重大的实用价值。
12 cases of water bag induction of human embryonic gastric mucosa transplantation in the abdominal cavity of nude mice, respectively, at 1, 2, 3 and 4 months after the graft material inspection. Graft survival rate of 77.7%, survival of more than 4 months. Transplantation of gastric mucosal epithelium early degeneration, necrosis, loss, and subsequent growth and differentiation through cell regeneration - → single-layer epithelial - → monolayer columnar epithelium - → pyloric gland and gastric cavity concave structure. The epithelial cells AB / PAS staining and PNA, RCA-1 staining also showed that the transplanted gastric mucosa and normal human gastric mucosa in functional consistency. The establishment of this method is of great practical value for studying the etiology and pathogenesis of human stomach diseases.
