自2007年4月18日铁路第六次大提速以来,CRH动车组列车开行受到了广大旅客的肯定与欢迎,其服务更加人性化与科学化,相对原有列车服务得到了很大的提升。但由于动车组列车的大量开行和在作业标准上没有现成的经验可以参考与遵循,客运服务中也出现了一些新问题、新情况,在列车服务水平上仍然有很大的提升空间。本文针对动车组列车客运服务中出现的几个常见问题进行了思考,并提出了自己的见解。
Since the sixth major speed increase of the railway on April 18, 2007, the CRH EMU opened its doors and was praised and welcomed by the vast majority of passengers. Its service is more humane and scientific, and the service of the trains has been greatly improved. However, due to the large number of EMU start-up and lack of ready-made experience in operating standards can be referenced and followed, some new problems and new situations have emerged in passenger service, and there is still much room for improvement in the level of train service. In this paper, some common problems occurred in EMU train passenger service were considered and their own opinions were put forward.
