目的:观察监护机ST段分析功能在急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓中的应用,以代替频频的心电图检查。方法;尿激酶静脉溶栓43例,将监护导联(或电极)和ST段分析功能置于ST段抬高最显著的导联,在监护心律失常的同时重点观察溶栓开始后3小时内ST段变化。结果:连续观察到输注溶栓剂后2小时内ST段下降≥50%25例,多在输入溶栓剂后1~1.5小时内。结论:应用监护机ST段分析功能观察急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓的疗效,方便、可靠。
Objective: To observe the application of ST-segment analysis in acute myocardial infarction thrombolysis in place of frequent electrocardiogram. Methods Thirty-three cases of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase were placed in the lead of ST segment elevation in the lead of ST segment elevation. During the monitoring of cardiac arrhythmia, three hours after thrombolysis was observed ST segment changes. Results: 25 consecutive ST-segment drops ≥50% were observed within 2 hours after infusion of thrombolytic agents, mostly within 1 to 1.5 hours after the administration of thrombolytic agents. Conclusion: The ST segment analysis function of the monitor can be used to observe the curative effect of intravenous thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction. It is convenient and reliable.
