测汞还原瓶支撑托的设计

目的提供一种测汞还原瓶支撑托,测汞实验时把还原瓶放入支撑托中,使还原瓶不会被拉倒。方法它由支撑托体和挡板构成,支撑托体为有一T型缺口的柱形杯体,T型缺口的作用是便于把还原瓶水平移动到支撑托内,支撑托体下部有直径大的底座,底座上有一向上的环形凸起,该凸起与柱形杯体外壁之间形成沟槽,挡板宽度大于T型缺口的宽度,挡板下沿插入在支撑托体的沟槽内,沟槽的作用是对挡板限位,并可使挡板沿其滑动,挡板上边有翻边,该翻边扣在支撑托体上口棱边上。结果从T型槽处放入还原瓶,挡板下端放置在沟槽内,挡板上翻边挂在支撑托体上口处于缺口处两边的棱边上,挡板挡住缺口,以防还原瓶倾倒;测定完样品需拿出还原瓶清洗时,向支撑托一侧旋动挡板,露出T型缺口,把还原瓶拿出清洗即可。结论不仅对易倒的还原瓶起到安全防范作用,而且保证了吸收瓶也不会倾倒,使检测工作得以顺利进行。 PURPOSE To provide a supporter for measuring mercury reduction bottles, which is used to put the reduction bottles into the supporters during mercury measurement so that the reduction bottles will not be pulled down.
