中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会与联合国教科文组织亚太地区办事处签订了一项实验项目。该项目是亚太地区“教育革新为发展服务计划”(APEID)的内容之一。实验的名称即:《提高中学生学习质量整体改革国家行动计划》,简称JIP实验。实验的目的:研究大教学班全面提高中学生的学习质量的原则和规律,探讨适合我国教育现状的有效途径与措施。从而促进我国普通教育规划的实施,更好地为社会经济发展服务。实验的原则:“主体参与、分层指导、及时反馈、鼓励评价、稳步提高。” 1991年7月该项实验由我国山西、陕西和北京三个地区16所学校共同参与。北京地区万寿寺中学及其他5所中学承担了这次实验任务。第一年实验主要以“主体参与”为突破口。万寿寺中学李京新老师参加了这项实验,为了建构学生的主体地位,她有意识地吸引学生大量参与教学各环节的活动。在建立学生语文备课小组,体现学生主体性方面进行了大胆的尝试,并取得了较好的效果。
The Chinese National Commission for UNESCO signed an experimental project with the UNESCO Asia Pacific Regional Office. This project is one of the contents of the Asia Pacific “Education Innovation for Development Service Plan” (APEID). The name of the experiment is: National Action Plan for Improving the Overall Reform of Middle School Students’ Learning Quality, referred to as JIP experiment. The purpose of the experiment is to study the principles and laws of large-scale teaching classes for the overall improvement of the learning quality of middle school students, and to explore effective ways and measures that are appropriate to the current state of education in China. This will promote the implementation of China’s general education program and better serve social and economic development. The principle of experimentation: “Participation of participants, guidance in stratification, timely feedback, encouragement of evaluation, and steady improvement.” In July 1991, the experiment was jointly attended by 16 schools in three regions of Shanxi, Shaanxi, and Beijing. The Wanshousi Middle School in Beijing and five other middle schools took on this experimental task. In the first year of experiment, the main part was “subject participation” as a breakthrough. The teacher of Wanshou Temple Middle School Li Jingxin participated in the experiment. In order to construct the student’s dominant position, she consciously attracted students to participate in many activities in all aspects of teaching. A bold attempt was made to establish a student language preparation team to reflect the subjectivity of students, and achieved good results.
