生脉散由人参10g、麦冬15g、五味子6g.水煎服.功能益气生津,敛阴止汗.用于气阴两伤.我们应用生脉散配用于抢救20例持续性哮喘状态效果满意.报告如下.1.临床资料 全部病例经严格筛选,均符合:(1)有支气管哮喘病史;(2)发作性急性严重呼吸困难,持续12小时以上;(3)除外其他原因的心、肺疾病以及上呼吸道梗阻性疾病,共40例.男24例,女16例,年龄40～50岁,平均45.5岁.2.治疗方法 40例随机分两组,单纯西药治疗与中西药结合对照治疗组各20例.单纯西药治疗组男12例,女8例;中西药结合治疗20例,男12例,女8例,年龄40～50岁.西药治疗组用头孢唑啉、氨茶碱、激素、吸氧按常规抢救治疗;中西药结合组除用上述方法治疗外再加中药生脉散:红参15g、麦冬10g、五味子6g煎服,联合治疗.
