培育优秀的企业文化是打造企业核心竞争能力,使企业获得持续健康发展的重要途径。大庆石油管理局在油田分开分立后,面对改革和发展的新形势、新任务,大力推进组织结构调整,全面实行系统化、专业化、集团化的管理新模式。而集团化公司的企业文化建设与单一法人实体企业的文化建设有哪些优势和劣势,又如何去培育集团化公司的企业文化呢?笔者就这一问题谈几点粗浅的认识。
Cultivating a good corporate culture is an important way to build the core competitiveness of enterprises and enable them to achieve sustained and healthy development. After the oil field is divided, the Daqing Petroleum Administration faces the new situation and new tasks of reform and development, vigorously promotes the adjustment of the organizational structure and fully implements the new management mode of systematization, specialization and collectivization. However, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the corporate culture construction of a group company and the cultural construction of a single legal entity enterprise, and how to cultivate the corporate culture of a group company? I talk a few superficial understanding on this issue.
