沈阳油田高凝油的开采,采用水力活塞泵采油工艺,其动力液系统的高压管汇是关键设备之一。目前的高压管汇全部为国外产品,花费了大量外汇。自1987年底,辽河油田设计院与哈尔滨机械研究所协作,共同开发研制国产的高压管汇。在沈阳采油厂的紧密配合下,于1988年12月14日在沈采9号站进行了连续近800h、注入动力液5000m～3的试运转。通过现场生产试运考核证明,该产品工作性能稳定,密封性良好,调节灵活,精确度能达到高温高压条件下的定量要求,满足水力活塞泵采
