现阶段,以更大力度推进政府职能转变,是更好适应深化改革开放,加快推进全面建成小康社会的迫切要求。改革开放以来,我国政府职能转变取得重大成就,但在计划经济体制的惯性下,我国政府职能转变仍然存在具有时代特征的问题,仍存在越位、错位、缺位的问题。而老子“无为无不为”思想以其遵循自然社会规律的政治思想对政府正确履行职能具有重要启示。 At this stage, with greater efforts to promote the transformation of government functions, it is an urgent requirement to better adapt to deepening the reform and opening up and speeding up the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.
