目的 :观察宁夏山区儿童微量元素锌的含量水平。方法 :采用SpectrAA30型原子吸收分光光度计检测血清中微量元素锌。结果 :山区儿童男、女性血锌值分别为 0 933± 0 .2 15mg/L、0 937± 0 2 13mg/L ,统计学处理P >0 0 5 ;回、汉族儿童血锌值为 0 915± 0 2 0 9mg/L、0 943± 0 2 15mg/L ,统计学处理P <0 0 5 0~ 3岁和 4~ 6岁儿童血锌值为 0 917±0 2 15mg/L ,0 939± 0 2 14mg/L ,统计学处理P >0 0 5。结论 :1)宁夏山区学龄前儿童血锌平均含量为 0 934± 0 2 15mg/L。2 )回、汉儿童血清锌含量差别显著。 3)男、女儿童之间差别不显著。
Objective: To observe the content of trace element zinc in children in Ningxia mountain area. Methods: The trace element zinc in serum was detected by SpectrAA30 atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results: The blood zinc values of males and females in mountainous areas were 0 933 ± 0 2 15 mg / L and 0 937 ± 0 2 13 mg / L, respectively, and the statistics were P 0 05; ± 0 2 0 9mg / L, 0 943 ± 0 2 15mg / L, the statistical treatment P 0 05 0 ~ 3 years old and 4 ~ 6 years old children blood zinc value 0 917 ± 0 2 15mg / L, 0 939 ± 0 2 14mg / L, statistical analysis P> 0 0 5.
