一、本文用地理流行病学、描述流行病学,血清流行病学等多种方法对湖南省36年钩体病进行了综合分析,阐明了我省钩体病疫区分布、流行强度、流行形式,查明了主要宿主及菌群(型)分布,人群带菌菌群以及血清抗体水平,对今后防治工作有意义。二、发病率以Ⅳ区湘东丘陵区16.78/10万最高,其次是Ⅵ区洞庭平原区次之14.86/10万,Ⅴ区湘中丘陵区4.62/10万最低。三、我省钩体病自1958~1993年以来,平均发病率为9.01/10万,平均病死率为3.11%,1973、1987、1993年曾出现过三次大流行,发病率分别为46.8/10万、22.48/10万、20.68/10万。流行主要形式是稻田型。四、病人菌群13群,血清抗体为14群。按地理区划病人菌群分布以Ⅴ区、Ⅳ区最复杂,有12群;Ⅰ区为3群,较简单;血清抗体Ⅳ区为14群,Ⅰ区为6群。病人分离菌群与血清抗体群在相同的地理区划显示相符。五、7种家畜、家禽所带菌群可分为9群。猪带菌9群,最复杂;犬带菌3群、驴带2群、牛的标本仅分出一株未定群。从血清抗体来看,猪血清抗体最为复杂;牛次之、犬感染9群。猪主要为圈养,活动范围局限,在我省不是主要传染源;犬带犬群,曾引起个别地?
