目的:确定我院生物化学实验室糖化白蛋白(glycated albumin,GA)的参考范围,研究非糖尿病人群糖化白蛋白水平与年龄和性别的关系。方法:根据要求从2010年1月6日-2010年5月2日,前来我院就诊或体检者中筛选出符合条件的非糖尿病人群3628人的GA检测值,并记录受检者的年龄,性别等基本信息。采用正态分布法双侧95%可信区间确定参考范围,并分析糖化白蛋白与性别、年龄的关系。结果:3628例非糖尿病者测得GA参考范围9.17%~18.60%。其中男性糖化白蛋白平均值为13.70%,女性为13.74%,两者差异没有统计学意义(t=-0.64,P>0.05)。不同年龄段糖化白蛋白平均值分别为:儿童组12.18%,少年组13.08%,青年组12.97%,中年组13.84%,老年组14.51%。除了少年组与青年组差异没有统计学意义外,其他各组之间的差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:我院生物化学实验室糖化白蛋白参考范围9.17%~18.60%。糖化白蛋白与性别无关,但随着年龄的增长其值增加,建议实验室设置不同年龄段的参考范围。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the reference range of glycated albumin (GA) in our biochemical laboratory to investigate the relationship between glycated albumin level and age and gender in non-diabetic subjects. Methods: According to the requirements from January 6, 2010 - May 2, 2010, came to our hospital or physical examination were selected eligible patients with non-diabetic 3628 GA detection values, and record the subjects of the age , Gender and other basic information. The 95% confidence interval of normal distribution was used to determine the reference range, and the relationship between glycosylated albumin and sex and age was analyzed. Results: 3628 cases of non-diabetic GA reference range of 9.17% to 18.60%. Among them, the average value of male glycosylated albumin was 13.70% and that of females was 13.74%. There was no significant difference between the two (t = -0.64, P> 0.05). The average values of glycated albumin in different age groups were 12.18% in children group, 13.08% in juvenile group, 12.97% in young group, 13.84% in middle aged group and 14.51% in aged group. Except for the difference between young group and young group was not statistically significant, the differences among other groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The reference range of glycosylated albumin in our biochemistry laboratory is 9.17% ~ 18.60%. Glycated albumin has nothing to do with gender, but its value increases with age, it is recommended that laboratories set the reference range of different ages.
