目的 探讨剖宫产手术对机体细胞免疫与体液免疫的影响。方法 对 6 7例接受剖宫产者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8比值 )及IgG、IgA、C -反应蛋白 (CRP)含量于术前、术后第 1天及术后第 7天分别进行了测定。结果 剖宫产组手术后第 1天外周血CD4 细胞减少 ,CD8细胞增多 ,CD4 /CD8比值降低 ,血IgG、IgA水平明显降低 ,而CRP含量升高 ,与手术前及对照组相比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;但与术后第 7天相比 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 剖宫产手术后机体出现短暂的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能降低 ,推测与手术创伤及麻醉等因素有关
Objective To investigate the effects of cesarean section on cellular immunity and humoral immunity. Methods The levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8) and IgG, IgA and C - reactive protein (CRP) in 67 cases of cesarean section were measured before and after operation 1 day and 7 days after the operation were measured. Results In the cesarean section group, the number of CD4 cells, CD8 cells, CD4 / CD8 ratio decreased, the level of serum IgG and IgA decreased obviously and the content of CRP increased on the first day after operation. Compared with the preoperative and control groups, (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference compared with the 7th day after operation (P> 0.05). Conclusion Short-term cellular immunity and humoral immune function decline after cesarean section surgery, which is presumed to be related to surgical trauma, anesthesia and other factors
