VE—IM光电直读光谱仪在分析方法和数据处理上采用国内外普遍采用的“内标法”。但是,作为内标元素的重要条件是它在合金中的含量应当保持基本不变。然而高合金成份复杂、变化大,即使同一钢种,在冶炼过程中成份变化也很大。由x=I_分/I_内可知:当内标元素含量上升时,强度I_内上升,x下降;反之x上升。而x的变化必然引起含量Q的变化。所以,
