首都北京,东单路口。从早春到金秋,一幅巨大的广告牌夺人眼目,上书一行大字:迎接’95世界妇女大会在北京召开! 画面上,七色彩虹托起一个青春女性的形象,透着一分潇洒,一分豪迈,她的秀发被风轻轻吹起,眼角眉梢,蕴含着向往和渴望。在她的下方,绘有“联合国妇女十年”的标志;一只白色的鸽子振翅飞翔,象征着和平与发展,两支平行的白翎喻意着平等。 与此同时,首都的机场路、前门、海关大楼,一幅幅广告牌正以视觉形象告诉南来北往的人们:第四次世界妇女大会的筹备工作已全面展开。
Beijing, Dongdan intersection. From early spring to autumn, a gigantic billboard is eye-catching, with a letter in the headline: Welcome to the ’95 World Women’s Conference in Beijing! On the screen, a colorful rainbow holds up the image of a young woman, reveals a handsome, a heroic, her hair was gently blowing the wind, brow brow, contains yearning and longing. Below her is the symbol “The Decade of the United Nations Women” painted; a white pigeon fluttering in the wings, symbolizing peace and development, and two parallel white feathers symbolize equality. In the meantime, the capital’s airport road, front door, customs building and billboards are all visually appealing to people going south and going: the preparations for the Fourth World Conference on Women have been carried out in full swing.
