从铸钢车轮的轮缘上选取试块,应用瑞利散射衰减原理,找到了超声波信号与ZG50SiMn铸钢车轮不同正火规范下晶粒度等级的对应规律。并建立了本厂晶粒度检测标准,现在对正火毛坯车轮进行100%检测。此法设备简单、检测速度快、准确可靠,适用于铁路、矿山车辆车轮和各种齿轮等铸锻件的检测。为工件的热处理质量控制及事故分析提供了有效的检测手段。
The test block was selected from the rim of the cast steel wheel. The principle of Rayleigh scattering attenuation was used to find the corresponding law of the grain size grade of the ultrasonic signal and the normalizing code of ZG50SiMn cast steel wheel. And the establishment of the factory grain size testing standards, and now normalized blank wheel 100% testing. This method is simple, fast detection speed, accurate and reliable, suitable for railway, mining vehicles, wheels and various castings and other gear detection.
