关于黑白显像管中心暗的原因,本文记述了一个前人未曾涉及过的新发现。并提出了相应的解决措施。显像管蒸铝过程中,屏中心铝膜厚度开始随蒸发时间而增加,某一时刻后又反而随蒸发时间而减薄。结果,屏厚度面上铝膜分布,中心薄于四周,形如山顶上有一个凹坑。这样的玻壳装管,必然中心暗。控制蒸铝条件,使之在铝膜厚度随蒸发时间而上升的阶段即停止加热,则铝膜有中心厚、四周逐渐减薄的分布。这样的玻壳装管即可避免中心暗。
