目前计算机械传动系统可靠度的方法,是以系统内各零部件的失效是相互独立的事件为前提的。然而在一般情况下,机械传动系统中各零件间是具有相关关系的,基于此,结合实际情况,考虑了进行机械传动系统可靠性分析对各组成零件失效的相关性,提出了计算机械传动系统可靠度的权函数法,并结合实例进行了计算。结果表明,这种方法对于处理零件间相关及多种失效模式相关的机械传动系统具有较强的适应性。
At present, the method of calculating the reliability of a mechanical transmission system is based on the premise that the failure of each component in the system is independent of one another.
