介绍了以C7D为代表的低碳钢高速线材的化学成分、表面质量、力学性能等技术特点以及生产C7D时冶炼、连铸、轧制的技术要点。分析了产品质量情况,对存在的表面红锈、抗拉强度不均以及线材的弯曲裂纹提出了改进措施:冶炼过程中加强成分控制,连铸过程中严格控制拉速,轧制过程中保证冷却水干净、水压稳定。
The technical characteristics of chemical composition, surface quality and mechanical properties of low carbon steel high speed wire represented by C7D as well as technical points of smelting, continuous casting and rolling during C7D production are introduced. The quality of the products was analyzed. Some improvement measures were proposed, such as the existing surface red rust, the uneven tensile strength and the bending cracks of the wire. The strengthening measures were controlled in the smelting process, the pulling speed was controlled strictly in the continuous casting process and the cooling was ensured in the rolling process Clean water, water pressure and stability.
