目的:利用响应面分析法优化荭草花的最佳提取工艺。方法:以荭草花中花旗松素的含量为指标,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间、液料比3个因素进行Box-Behnken中心组合设计,采用响应面法对荭草花的提取工艺参数进行优化。结果:荭草花的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为65%,提取时间为129 min,液料比为18,在该条件下平均提取量为2.79 mg/g。结论:采用响应面法优化提取工艺合理,方法简单,且具有较好的预测性。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the optimum extraction process of the hemp grass flower by response surface analysis. Methods: According to the content of taxifolluses in the flowers of Cyperus rotundus, the combination of Box-Behnken center design with three factors of ethanol concentration, extraction time and liquid-to-liquid ratio was selected. The extraction process parameters were optimized by response surface methodology. Results: The optimum extraction technology of the flower was as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 65%, the extraction time was 129 min, the ratio of liquid to material was 18, and the average extraction was 2.79 mg / g. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process by response surface methodology is reasonable, the method is simple, and has good predictability.
