随着国民经济的迅速发展,基本建设的第二次高潮遍布全国城乡。尤其住宅建设的速度更是惊人,其面积标准和设施标准也有了明显提高。不仅解决了大量无房户问题,居住水平也整体上了一个台阶。但遗憾的是楼梯间的设计标准还停留在七十年代前后最低标准水平上,与大面积住房呈不配套的反差局面。对此拟通过本文探讨推动住宅楼梯间的合理设计的必要性及意义。 With the rapid development of the national economy, the second peak of capital construction has spread all over the country. In particular, the speed of residential construction is even more staggering, and its area standards and facilities standards have also been significantly improved. Not only solved a large number of non-tenant problems, living standards as a whole have reached a high level. However, it is a pity that the design standards for the stairwell still remain at the minimum standard before and after the seventies, which is not matched with the large-area housing. This paper intends to explore through this article to promote the rational design of residential staircase the necessity and significance.
