脂肪对婴儿的营养十分重要,特别是对胎儿和婴儿脑的发育有非常密切的关系。必需脂肪酸(EFA)是脑细胞膜的主要成份,对于神经细胞髓鞘的形成和脑的发育有极重要的作用。我们进行新生儿脐血和母血中各种脂肪酸的测定,是为了了解我国新生儿体内和母体中脂肪的营养状况,为脂肪与新生儿营养的研究提供资料。
Fat is very important to infant nutrition, especially for the development of the fetus and baby brain. Essential fatty acid (EFA) is the main component of brain cell membrane, and plays an important role in the formation of myelin and brain development of nerve cells. We carry out the determination of various fatty acids in neonatal cord blood and maternal blood in order to understand the nutritional status of fat in vivo and in maternal newborn in China and provide information for the study of fat and newborn nutrition.
