目的了解地震极重灾区大学生总体幸福感的状况,探析个别学生幸福感水平特低的重要原因与提升策略。方法采用总体幸福感量表对212名灾区大学生进行测评,再将量表得分极低的9名地震极重灾区大学生作为重点进行研究,研究的方法主要是开放式问卷调查。结果极重灾区大学生的得分与重灾区和次重灾区大学生的得分之间均存在显著差异(t=3.18,3.12;P<0.01),9名学生的量表得分与212名同学和40名极重灾区同学的平均分数相差分别为21.32、15.37分。访谈也发现9名学生的总体幸福感水平极低。结论汶川地震极重灾区个别大学生至今仍然患有创伤后应激障碍或抑郁、焦虑等情绪问题,这些问题是他们总体幸福感水平较低的重要原因。
Objective To understand the general well-being of undergraduates in severely-hit areas and to explore the important causes and promotion strategies of individual well-being of students. Methods The overall happiness scale was used to evaluate 212 college students in disaster areas. Nine students with severely scored earthquake field were also studied. The main research methods were open questionnaires. Results There was a significant difference between college students’ scores in severely hit areas and college students in severely affected areas and those in severely affected areas (t = 3.18, 3.12; P <0.01). The scores of 9 students with 212 students and 40 students The average scores of students in hardest hit areas were 21.32 and 15.37 respectively. The interview also found that the overall happiness of 9 students was extremely low. Conclusion Individual college students in the severely affected area of Wenchuan earthquake still have post-traumatic stress disorder or depression, anxiety and other emotional problems. These problems are the main reasons for their low overall level of well-being.
