本文根据峰值计数法的计数原理,提出了峰值计数法及其疲劳载荷谱的编制程序。通过Z80M-5计算机,经过D+7A模拟接口对实测到的磁带记录模拟信号自动进行采样和压缩处理,用峰值计数法进行计数,按疲劳统计原则进行统计处理,给出的疲劳载荷谱直接用于室内模拟加载试验或疲劳寿命预测分析。文中还就用峰值法编制疲劳载荷谱的过程中遇到的问题如子样的统计处理,波动中心的计算等进行了讨论,并给出了母体最大值的推断公式。
Based on the counting principle of peak counting method, this paper presents a procedure of programming peak counting method and its fatigue load spectrum.
