In the past that lead poisoning ALA-D activity was significantly inhibited, and the degree of inhibition and blood lead levels. However, experiments show that not only lead but also zinc, copper and iron ions can affect ALA-D activity. This article aims to discuss the effect of these ions present in the blood on ALA-D activity. Venous blood 10ml, with heparin anticoagulation, 1,500g centrifuged for 10 minutes, red blood cells were washed with 0.9% (X / V) pre-cooling saline twice, the determination of the volume of red blood cells. Lead, copper and zinc standard solution concentration of 1mg / ml, iron standard solution concentration of 1000g / l, all metal ion solutions were diluted with ion-free water or plasma.
