研究证明,卵巢及睾丸均有绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)受体,受体放射分析法在受体测定中具有简便、可靠、准确的特点,作者以~(125)碘标记hCG作示踪剂,以卵巢组织制备受体制剂,经匀浆、冷冻离心及蔗糖密度梯度离心获细胞膜部分,以不同量之未标记hCG、卵巢细胞膜及~(125)I-hCG保温进行结合反应,并以γ-球蛋白及聚乙二醇为分离剂分离游离及结合放射性。
