本文借鉴国内多家免费旅游景区的成功模式,分析了肇庆市七星岩风景区免费开放可能性,认为七星岩风景区与肇庆城区融为一体,具有一定的知名度,有利于城市品牌营销,景区所在地有良好的旅游设施和公共服务条件,肇庆市距离休闲度假客源地较近,可进入性较好。本文建议肇庆市应加强旅游管理部门的综合协调能力,加强七星岩景区的市场运作能力,尽快制定详细的免费管理条例和工作预案,对景区内的“收费”与“免费”景点数量合理搭配:适当建立“免费+周边消费”的商业运作模式,建立政府财政对景区的补偿机制。
This article draws on the successful mode of many free tourist spots in China and analyzes the possibility of free opening of Qixingyan Scenic Spot in Zhaoqing City. This paper suggests that Zhaoqing City should strengthen the comprehensive coordination ability of tourism administration department, strengthen the market operation ability of Qixingyan Scenic Spot, formulate detailed free management regulations and work plan as soon as possible, and pay “free” and “free” attractions within the scenic area.
