搞培训要想取得良好效果,需要做到三点:一是课程内容设计;二是授课技巧;三是教学形式。在课程内容的设计上,要禁忌大话、套话,大道理谁都知道,谁都会说,但在培训班上却并不会奏效,因为它没有实际操作性和人情味。我们要针对学员的特点,化宏观为微观,化抽象为具体,化理性为感性,讲实实在在的可以立刻操作的大白话,这样才能贴近学员的实际,引起他们的共鸣;在授课技巧上,培训时要做到理性思考,感性操作,既要讲大白话,又要有深度;在课堂组织方面,要力争做到有声有色,营造氛围,抓住学员情感。做好以上三点,需要培训师转变理念,提升技能。

Doing the above three points requires the trainer to change his concepts and improve his skills.
