提出由混凝土顶板(CS)、哑铃形钢管混凝土(CFST)下弦通过波形钢腹板(CSW)连接组成的新型组合梁结构(简称CSW-CFST-CS-组合梁),可减轻结构自重,同时消除腹杆与下弦杆间连接形成的节点,有助于提高结构承载力。该文以四川干海子大桥为对象,进行波形钢腹板-双管弦杆-混凝土板连续梁桥试设计研究,其承载能力极限状态与施工阶段的受力计算结果表明:试设计桥梁能满足设计要求,新型结构用波形钢腹板代替钢管腹杆,具备一定的应用前景。
A new type of composite beam structure (CSW-CFST-CS-composite beam) consisting of the concrete ceiling (CS) and the bottom of the dumbbell concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) through a corrugated steel web (CSW) connection is proposed to reduce the self-weight of the structure and eliminate The nodes formed by the connection between the web and the lower chord help to increase the bearing capacity of the structure.
