目的:了解慢性乙型肝炎患者复发与生活事件、服药依从性及社会支持的关系,为更好地预防复发提供依据。方法:采用生活事件量表(LES)。服药依从性及社会支持评定量表(SSAS)。对160例因复发而再次入院的慢性乙型肝炎患者进行评定,并与86例首次住院且与观察组同期出院而未复发的门诊慢性乙型肝炎进行比较。结果:(1)观察组生活事件发生率、负性生活事件及负性生活事件值均高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)观察组SSAS总分,主观支持评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);(3)观察组服药依从性低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:经常发生生活事件、服药依从性差及社会支持缺乏的慢性乙型肝炎患者容易复发。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the relationship between recurrence and life events, medication compliance and social support in patients with chronic hepatitis B, so as to provide a basis for better prevention of recurrence. Methods: Life Events Scale (LES) was used. Medication adherence and social support rating scale (SSAS). 160 patients with recurrent recurrent chronic hepatitis B were evaluated and compared with 86 outpatients with first-time hospital who were hospitalized and not relapsed during the same period of observation. Results: (1) The incidence of life events, negative life events and negative life events in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). (2) The scores of SSAS and subjective support in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). (3) The medication compliance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Patients with chronic hepatitis B who have frequent life events, poor medication compliance and lack of social support are prone to relapse.
