目的探讨以人为本的解决模式在老年食管癌患者健康教育管理中的应用方法与效果。方法 120例老年食管癌患者根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,两组均给予手术治疗。对照组在围手术期给予常规健康教育管理,治疗组给予基于以人为本解决模式的健康教育管理。结果治疗组的术后留置胸腔引流管时间、首次肛门排气时间和术后住院时间明显少于对照组,治疗组术后肺炎与肺不张的发生率明显低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组床上活动、深呼吸与下床步行时的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,出院时治疗组的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能与社会功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以人为本的解决模式在老年食管癌患者健康教育管理中能有效改善预后,缓解疼痛,降低肺部并发症的发生,从而提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application method and effect of human-based solution in health education management of elderly esophageal cancer patients. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random sampling rules, 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given surgical treatment. The control group was given routine health education management during the perioperative period, and the treatment group was given health education management based on the people-oriented solution model. Results The time of postoperative left ventricular drainage, the time of the first anal exhaust and the length of stay in hospital after operation were significantly less in the treatment group than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative pneumonia and atelectasis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with no significant difference Significance (P <0.05). The scores of bed activity, deep breathing and walking on foot in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group. The body function, role function, emotion function, cognitive function and social function score in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The people-oriented mode of treatment can effectively improve the prognosis, relieve the pain, reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications and improve the quality of life in the elderly education and management of esophageal cancer patients.
