一个世纪以来,我国在教育领域取得了重大的突破和进步,不仅仅采用了中西方结合教育的方式,也将原先的以国文教育为主演变为要求学生德智体美全面发展的教育格局。在众多的高校中,都开设了语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、历史、政治、生物、地理、体育、美术、音乐等学科。更值得一提的是,在条件比较好的高校中,体育课程的教学中不仅仅包含了最基础的跑步、跳远、跳高等项目,还开设了游泳、舞蹈、武术、拳击以及瑜伽等课程,借助这些课程,教师可以一方面培养学生对于体育课程的兴趣,另一方面可以提高学生的身体素质,同时也可以锻炼到学生的心理素质。那么,在高校游泳课程中,“情绪调节模式”在实际教学中可以起到很有效的教学运用,更好地帮助到学生掌握游泳的相关知识。所以,本文就情绪调节教学模式在高校游泳教学中的运用谈谈我的看法和观点。
Over the past century, China has made major breakthroughs and improvements in education. It has not only adopted the method of integrating education with western countries, but also transformed its original education of Chinese culture into an educational pattern that requires all-round development of students’ moral integrity and beauty. In many colleges and universities, Chinese, math, English, physics, chemistry, history, politics, biology, geography, sports, art and music are all offered. What is more worth mentioning is that in the better conditions colleges and universities, physical education curriculum not only includes the most basic running, long jump, high jump and other projects, also opened swimming, dance, martial arts, boxing and yoga courses, With these courses, teachers can cultivate students’ interest in physical education curriculum on the one hand, and on the other hand, they can improve the students’ physical fitness and students’ psychological quality. So, in college swimming courses, “emotional regulation ” in the actual teaching can play a very effective teaching and use, better to help students master the relevant knowledge of swimming. Therefore, this article talk about my opinion and viewpoint about the application of emotion regulation teaching mode in college swimming teaching.
