任何文化,都有它发生、发展的历史,都有它的昨天、今天和明天。企业文化历经几十载也从昨天走到今天,企业文化的重要作用和深远意义越来越被人们所认同。面对当今企业文化的格局状态,面对未来企业文化建设与发展的趋势,有一些非常现实的问题需要我们思考和探讨,本文就企业文化研究的背景与视野问题、企业文化建设与发展的战略性思考与战略性定位问题、企业文化建设与发展要以人文精神为底蕴等问题,提出我的几点思考和判断。
Any culture has its history of occurrence and development. It has its yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The corporate culture has gone through tens of years and also passed from yesterday to today. The important role and far-reaching significance of corporate culture has been increasingly recognized by people. Faced with the current situation of corporate culture, facing the future trend of corporate culture construction and development, there are some very real issues that we need to think about and explore. This article focuses on the background and perspective of corporate culture research, corporate culture construction and development strategy. Thinking about the issues of sexual thinking and strategic positioning, and the construction and development of corporate culture, we must use the humanistic spirit as the foundation, and put forward my thoughts and judgments.
