一、前 言 DZ3是一种已经定型的铸造高温合金,但在生产薄壁空心定向叶片时曾出现严重开裂。为此,对该合金的可铸性进行过研究。通过除去合金中微量元素锆和以铝代替部分钛的方式调整合金的成分有效地提高合金的抗裂性能,而对DZ3合金加入高于1.5%Hf同样也可消除定向空心叶片的热裂纹。为探明这两种措施消除热裂纹的原因,对这三种成分的合金作了凝固特性的研究。
First, the preface DZ3 is a stereotyped casting superalloy, but in the production of thin-walled directional vane had severe cracking. To this end, the castability of the alloy has been studied. By removing the elemental zirconium in the alloy and replacing part of the titanium with aluminum, the composition of the alloy can effectively improve the anti-cracking performance of the alloy, while adding more than 1.5% of Hf to the DZ3 alloy can also eliminate the thermal cracking of the directional hollow blade. In order to find out the reasons why these two kinds of measures eliminate the hot crack, the solidification properties of these three alloys were studied.
