脂肪酸的氢化可以提高脂肪酸的热稳定性和抗氧化性,并进一步拓宽脂肪酸的工业用途。本文主要分析在整个脂肪酸氢化过程中的一些主要影响因素,从而对脂肪酸氢化工艺的过程控制提供一些参考。
Hydrogenation of fatty acids can increase the thermal and oxidation resistance of fatty acids and further broaden the industrial use of fatty acids. This article mainly analyzes some main influencing factors in the whole process of fatty acid hydrogenation, and provides some references for the process control of fatty acid hydrogenation process.
