贻贝液化蛋白由山东省海洋水产研究所研制成功,于1987年12月通过省级技术鉴定。该项研究的成果主要有连续处理大量鲜原料的加工工艺和设备、液化保鲜技术及产品饲喂鱼虾禽的试验结果。研制成功的产品称为海虹牌贻贝蛋白。1988年2月,农业部将海虹贻贝蛋白列为重点新产品。国家科委农村
Mussel liquefied protein successfully developed by Shandong Institute of Marine Fisheries, in December 1987 passed the provincial-level technical appraisal. The main achievements of this research are the processing technology and equipment for continuously processing a large amount of fresh raw materials, the liquefied fresh-keeping technology and the test results of feeding the fish and poultry products. Successful development of the product known as Haihong licensing mussel protein. In February 1988, the Ministry of Agriculture listed Hai Hong mussel protein as a key new product.
