目的探讨超声联合血清1,6-二磷酸果糖醛缩酶(FDP-ALD)等指标在原发性肝癌(HCC)射频消融(RF)、无水乙醇瘤内注射(PEI)治疗的监测作用。方法HCC38例次共83个肿瘤结节行RF或PEI治疗。治疗前后行超声检查、检测不同时点的血清FDP-ALD、甲胎蛋白(AFP)等指标并进行比较。结果RF组术后第1天FDP-ALD达最高值,随后呈直线下降,PEI组总的变化呈波浪状下降,AFP阳性组血清AFP术前及术后的分布与FDP-ALD一致,术后第1天FDP-ALD与治疗结束后AFP呈负相关。结论血清FDP-ALD活性变化可反映HCC组织的坏死程度,超声联合血清FDP-Ald活性测定可作为HCC消融治疗中的监测指标之一。
Objective To investigate the role of ultrasound combined with serum fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP-ALD) in the monitoring of radiofrequency ablation (RF) and intratumoral ethanol injection (PEI) in primary liver cancer (HCC). Methods A total of 83 tumor nodules of HCC38 were treated with RF or PEI. Before and after treatment, sonographic examinations were performed and serum FDP-ALD and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) were measured at different time points for comparison. Results FDP-ALD reached the highest value on the first postoperative day in the RF group, followed by a linear decline. The total change in the PEI group showed a wave-like decline. The preoperative and postoperative distribution of serum AFP in the AFP-positive group was consistent with FDP-ALD. Day 1 FDP-ALD was negatively correlated with AFP after treatment. Conclusion The changes of serum FDP-ALD activity can reflect the degree of necrosis of HCC tissue. Ultrasound combined with serum FDP-Ald activity can be used as one of the monitoring indexes in HCC ablation therapy.
