目的验证全自动酶免分析仪孵育槽故障情况。方法使用标准物质、阳性对照及稀释的阳性标本通过仪器平行比对试验,验证FAME全自动酶免分析仪孵育槽局部温度有漂移。结果通过比对试验发现全自动酶免分仪孵育槽局部温度有漂移,槽边缘检测结果与槽中间检测结果,特别是弱阳性的检测结果有明显差异。结论全自动酶免分析仪孵育槽故障可使质控结果产生系统误差,甚至造成弱阳性标本的漏检。
Purpose To verify the automatic enzyme-free analyzer incubation tank failure. Methods The standard samples, positive controls and diluted positive samples were tested by parallel instrument to verify that the FAME automatic analyzer had a local temperature drift. Results Through the comparison test, it was found that there was a drift in the temperature of the incubator in the automatic enzyme divider. The difference between the groove edge detection result and the groove middle detection result, especially the weak positive detection result was obviously different. Conclusion Automatic enzyme-free analyzer incubation tank failure can lead to systematic errors in the quality control results, and even caused a weak positive specimens undetected.
