通过辐射法制备聚乙烯醇/淀粉复合水凝胶,研究了辐照剂量和淀粉含量对聚乙烯醇/淀粉复合水凝胶的凝胶含量和溶胀率的影响。辐照剂量较小时,凝胶含量随着淀粉含量的增加明显降低,当辐照剂量大于40kGy时,凝胶含量随淀粉含量的增加下降平缓,溶胀率则随淀粉含量增加逐渐增大。红外结果分析表明淀粉与聚乙烯醇发生接枝反应。结果表明,通过调节淀粉含量改善聚乙烯醇水凝胶网络结构,使其作为药用缓释材料具有更好的缓释性能。
The polyvinyl alcohol / starch composite hydrogel was prepared by radiation method. The effects of radiation dose and starch content on gel content and swelling rate of polyvinyl alcohol / starch composite hydrogel were studied. When the irradiation dose is small, the content of gel decreases with the increase of starch content. When the irradiation dose is more than 40kGy, the gel content decreases gently with the increase of starch content, while the swelling rate increases with the increase of starch content. Infrared results show that starch and polyvinyl alcohol graft reaction occurs. The results showed that the network structure of polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel was improved by adjusting the starch content, which made it have better sustained-release properties as a drug sustained-release material.
