很多油田经过多年的开采,导致油田的综合含水率正在不断地上升,导致开发难度也在逐渐增加。因此,为了提高油田的开发效果,进行精细开发,就需要进行分层定量注水,还需要根据实际效果对注水量进行合理的调整。但是由于注水的水质等原因,导致管柱在使用过长时间之后,产生了结垢现象,并且受到地层出砂、管柱油污等因素的严重影响,导致在进行注水井测试和投捞时,有时会导致堵塞器不能正常的进行工作作业,仪器会遇阻下不去或者遇卡,钢丝绳拔撸等情况都会出现。这样的情况下会导致施工的复杂,造成井下工作量的提升。
