本文对国产人参Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer,进行了三萜成份的研究,从人参根中提得纯的总皂甙,经薄层层析法鉴定总皂甙中含有12种以上的单个皂甙成份,按Shibata命名法,分别为人参皂甙(Ginsenoside)-Ro,-Ra,-Rb_1,-Rb_2,-Rc,-Rd,-Re,-Rf,-Rg_1,-Rg_2,-Rg_3和-Rh等。人参总皂甙经水解后得总皂甙元(Sapogenin),经硅胶柱层析,分离出三种单纯皂甙元,经薄层层析与融点测定,红外光谱、核磁共振的鉴定,分别为人参二醇、人参二醇、齐墩果酸。
In this paper, Panax ginseng CAMeyer, a Chinese-made ginseng, was studied for triterpenoids. Pure saponins were extracted from ginseng roots. TLC method was used to identify total saponins in 12 kinds of saponins, named according to Shibata. The methods are Ginsenoside-Ro,-Ra,-Rb_1,-Rb_2,-Rc,-Rd,-Re,-Rf,-Rg_1,-Rg_2,-Rg-3 and-Rh, respectively. The total saponin (Sapogenin) was obtained by hydrolysis of ginsenosides. After silica gel column chromatography, three kinds of simple saponins were isolated and identified by thin layer chromatography and melting point. The infrared spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance were identified as Panaxadiol. , Panaxadiol, Oleanolic acid.
