目的分析厦门市思明区食物中毒流行特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法对思明区2007—2012年食物中毒资料进行整理分析。结果思明区6年来发生食物中毒67起,发病661人,以第3季度发生率最高;以细菌性食物中毒为主(86.6%),其中又以副溶血性弧菌食物中毒最为常见(50.0%),中毒多发生在饮食服务单位,涉及人群以旅行团游客为主。结论加强预防食物中毒和食品安全知识的培训,加大监督执法力度,重视旅游食品安全,加强监督管理,完善生产经营企业质量管理,同时规范中毒病人收治留样制度。
Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Siming District of Xiamen City and provide the basis for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods The food poisoning data from 2007 to 2012 in Siming District were analyzed. Results Six outbreaks of food poisoning occurred in Siming District in the past six years, with a incidence of 661, with the highest incidence in the third quarter. Bacterial food poisoning was the most common (86.6%), with Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning the most common (50.0 %), Poisoning occurred in the catering service units, involving groups of tourists to the main tour. Conclusion Strengthen the training of prevention of food poisoning and food safety knowledge, increase supervision and law enforcement, attach importance to tourism food safety, strengthen supervision and management, improve the quality management of production and operation enterprises, and standardize the treatment system for infected patients.
