作者采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,指出了我国目前在体育教师职前培养过程中存在的问题:课程体系不科学,入职教育形式化;职前培养和在职培训相脱离;管理和激励机制落后,再教育形式单一,提出了体育教师在职前培养过程中应构建培养综合素质的课程体系;培养重心下移,延长培养时间;完善教师任用、管理和激励机制,建立一体化的培养模式。
The author points out the existing problems in the pre-service training of physical education teachers in our country, such as the unscientific curriculum system, the formalization of the in-service education, the pre-service training and the on-the-job training phase using the methods of literature, logic analysis and mathematical statistics. The management and incentive mechanism are outdated and the form of re-education is single. It is proposed that a physical education teacher should establish a curriculum system of cultivating overall quality in the process of pre-service training, shift the center of gravity and extend the training time, improve the appointment, management and incentive mechanism of teachers and establish Integrated training model.
