从校地合作办学的视角去探索地方本科院校行政法学课程实践教学方法,具有不可或缺的价值。校地合作下的行政法学课程实践教学方法之构设主要应当涵盖行政案例教学方法、行政模拟法庭教学方法、现场旁听、观摩行政审判教学方法、法律诊所教学方法以及专题社会实习教学方法五种形态。校地合作下的行政法学课程实践教学方法之运行应当展现为初始阶段、发展阶段及深化阶段三个阶段。校地合作下的行政法学课程实践教学方法之保障应当体现在人力保障、物力保障及财力保障三个方面。
It is an indispensable value to explore the practical teaching method of administrative law course in local universities from the perspective of school-camp cooperation in running schools. The construction of the practical teaching method of administrative law course under the cooperation of the school and the land should mainly cover the following five aspects: the teaching method of the administrative case, the teaching method of the administrative moot court, the on-site observation, the observation of the administrative trial teaching method, the teaching method of the legal clinic and the special social practice teaching method . The operation of the practical teaching method of administrative law course under the cooperation of school and land should be demonstrated in three stages: the initial stage, the development stage and the deepening stage. The protection of practical teaching methods of administrative law under the cooperation of school and land should be embodied in three aspects: manpower protection, material and material security and financial security.
