近几年,我国动漫产业发展迅速,全国已经有20多省市将动漫产业作为创意文化产业新经济增长方向来扶持,北京、上海、杭州、常州等地相继建立了动漫产业基地。有行业人士指出,我国二维动画的人才需求每年达万名,CG 影视动画人才缺口约达15万,用“求贤若渴”形容一点不过。人才需求带动院校教育、培训机构如雨后春笋般涌现。调查显示,目前全国有400多个院校设立了有关动画的专业,加上各地不断发展起来的动漫培训机构,那么,这个庞大的人才培养体系,是否能解决动漫产业人才缺口?中国动漫产业中人才培养需要怎样的教学体系?动画人才培训机构要不要进行行业规范,制定教育体系标准?动画培训机构与大学教育之间是怎样的关系?带着这些问题,本刊采访了北京两家动漫人才培训机构。
In recent years, the animation industry in our country has been developing rapidly. Over 20 provinces and cities across the country have supported the animation industry as a new economic growth direction for creative and cultural industries. Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Changzhou have set up animation industry bases one after another. Some industry sources pointed out that China’s demand for two-dimensional animation talent up to 10,000 each year, CG video animation talent gap of about 150,000, with “Seeking Thirst,” described as little. The demand of talents drives the education of colleges and universities, and the training institutions have sprung up. Survey shows that at present there are more than 400 institutions across the country set up a professional animation, coupled with the continuous development of animation and training institutions around, then, this huge talent training system, can solve the animation industry talent gap?
