目的:探讨改进普外科患者围术期健康教育效果的有效措施。方法:选择医院普外科2015年10月~2016年10月收治的患者148例,随机分为两组各74例,对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组患者实施改进健康教育管理措施,比较两组患者的自我护理技能掌握情况、情绪状况及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者各项自我护理技能掌握准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分,低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度,高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:改进普外科患者围术期健康教育管理措施,能够有效提高患者自我护理技能,改善患者情绪状况,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To explore effective measures to improve perioperative health education in general surgery patients. Methods: A total of 148 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups of 74 patients. The control group was given routine health education. The observation group was followed by health education management measures. Group patients self-care skills to grasp the situation and emotional satisfaction with care. Results: The accuracy rate of each self-care skill in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) Degree, higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Improving perioperative health education management in general surgery patients can improve self-care skills, improve patient’s emotional status and improve nursing satisfaction.
