Pursglore与Sanders(1981)用~(32)P进行研究指出,栽种马铃薯时只有40%磷肥被利用。为了减少栽培马铃薯施用磷肥的成本,Sharma、Grewal与Singh(1977)设计了磷肥溶液浸薯技术。做法是在种前将不是休眠的薯种在磷肥溶液中浸24小时。但这样长的浸薯时间,由于在印度平原的高温、高湿的土壤条件下,浸期长的种薯有时会腐烂。所以,需要在浸种薯的溶液里加杀菌剂并缩短浸种时间以防止种薯腐烂,我们在这些方面进行了试验。
Pursglore and Sanders (1981) reported using ~ (32) P that only 40% of the phosphate fertilizer was used when planting potatoes. In order to reduce the cost of applying phosphate fertilizer to cultivated potatoes, Sharma, Grewal and Singh (1977) designed a phosphate fertilizer solution dipping technique. The practice is to dip dormant potato seeds in a phosphate solution for 24 hours prior to planting. However, such a long dip soaking time, due to the high temperature in the Indian plain, high humidity soil conditions, the long-maturing seed sometimes rot. Therefore, we need to add bactericide in the seed soaked potato solution and shorten the seed soaking time to prevent the decay of the seed, we have carried on the test in these aspects.
