为了适应社会发展的需求和行刑制度改革的步伐,我国推出了与监禁矫正相对应的社区矫正。社区矫正工作的推行是为了使社区服刑人员更好地回归社会,适应社会生活,做一个合法的对社会有贡献的公民。但社区服刑人员受其犯罪行为的影响,常常处于被主流社会排斥的不利地位,面临各种生活适应的问题,成为社会上新的弱势群体。社会支持是与弱势群体的存在相伴随的一种社会行为,直接关系着这一群体的生存及发展。应对方式是指典型的、习惯性的解决问题方式的倾向,也可以被认为是应对一系列广泛的应激源过程中,人们通常使用的策略(或方法)。并且有表明广泛的社会支持和应对方式能促进个体与外界进行有效的合作与交流,从而防止个体产生心理问题,更好地防止不利于社会的犯罪行为的发生,这主要是因为社会支持、应对方式作为生活事件与应激反应的中介变量,对应激状态下的个体提供保护,即对应激起缓冲作用,帮助个体应对应激事件,从而起到防止心理问题,有利心理健康。如今,社区服刑人员在社会上面临很多挑战,承受了来自多方面各种巨大压力。

Coping style refers to the typical, habitual tendency to solve problem patterns and can also be considered as a tactic (or method) commonly used in coping with a wide range of stressors. And it shows that a wide range of social support and coping styles can promote effective cooperation and exchange between individuals and the outside world so as to prevent individuals from having psychological problems and prevent crimes that are not conducive to the society. This is mainly due to social support and coping As an intermediary variable of life event and stress response, this mode provides protection for individuals under stress state, that is, acts as a buffer against stress and helps the individual to cope with stress events, thereby preventing mental problems and promoting mental health. Nowadays, prisoners in the community face many challenges in the society and are under tremendous pressure from various fields.
