文章讨论了Ni4锕回火过程中逆变奥氏体生成规律,建立了逆变奧氏体量(?)与回火温度的函数关系。首次提出两次回火中逆变奥氏体量之间的模型,并建立了正火冷却终止温度、两次回火温度对最终逆变奥氏体量的多元函数关系,提出二次回火最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明:(1)最后回火温度对逆变奧氏体量影响大于前面回火温度对此影响。(2)本次回火逆变奧氏体量只与上次回火中马氏体量有直接关系。
In this paper, the formation regularity of the transformed austenite during the tempering of Ni4 actinides is discussed. The relationship between the amount of inverted austenite (?) And the tempering temperature is established. For the first time, the model of twice the amount of reverse austenite during tempering was proposed. The relationship between the final quenching temperature of normalizing and the temperature of twice the final quenched austenite was established. The optimal secondary tempering process parameter. The results show that: (1) The influence of the final tempering temperature on the amount of the transformed austenite is greater than that of the previous tempering temperature. (2) The amount of tempered austenite is only directly related to the amount of martensite in the last tempering.
