目的了解马鞍山市不同娱乐场所女性从业人员对艾滋病、梅毒、丙型肝炎(丙肝)知识的知晓率和感染情况,为政府制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取不同类型的娱乐场所的女性从业人员572人进行面对面的匿名问卷调查。在调查对象知情同意的情况下,进行血清标本采集。血清学检测指标包括人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体和梅毒抗体。结果 572人中,歌舞厅、卡拉OK厅等娱乐场所占32.3%,酒店、宾馆、洗浴中心等娱乐场所占67.7%。艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝知识总体知晓率分别为70.4%、67.2%和65.0%。酒店、宾馆、洗浴中心等娱乐场所从业人员艾滋病知识知晓率高于歌舞厅、卡拉OK厅等从业人员。希望获得艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝知识的主要途径是电视、免费宣传材料、报刊书籍、广播、网络等。132人进行了血清学检测,HIV检出率为0,梅毒既往感染检出率为10.6%,新发感染检出率为3.8%,丙肝阳性检出率为0。结论马鞍山市娱乐场所女性从业人员的艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝知识的知晓水平较低,需要加强健康教育和行为干预的力度。
Objective To understand the awareness rate and infection of AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C among female employees in different places of entertainment in Ma’anshan City, and to provide a scientific basis for the government to make prevention and control measures. Methods A total of 572 female practitioners from different types of entertainment venues were interviewed by face-to-face anonymous questionnaires using a convenient sampling method. In the informed consent of the respondents, serum samples were collected. Serological tests include human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibodies, hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibodies and syphilis antibodies. Results 572 people, dance halls, karaoke OK and other entertainment accounted for 32.3%, hotels, guesthouses, bath and other entertainment 67.7%. AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C were 70.4%, 67.2% and 65.0% respectively. Hotel, guesthouses, bathing centers and other places of entertainment knowledge of AIDS practitioners higher than the song and dance halls, karaoke OK and other practitioners. The main means of obtaining AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C knowledge are television, free promotional materials, newspapers and periodicals, radio, internet and so on. 132 people were serologically tested, the HIV detection rate was 0, the detection rate of previous infection of syphilis was 10.6%, the detection rate of new infection was 3.8% and the positive detection rate of hepatitis C was 0. Conclusion There is a low level of awareness of AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C knowledge among female employees in places of entertainment in Ma’anshan City. There is a need to strengthen health education and behavior intervention.
